By accessing and using PharmPro Management System, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the medicine data, stock quantities, and pricing entered into the system. PharmPro is not liable for business losses due to incorrect data entry.

3. Medical Responsibility

PharmPro is a management tool only. It does not provide medical advice. Always verify medicine expiry and prescriptions manually before dispensing to customers.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not responsible for temporary service interruptions due to internet issues or cloud provider maintenance.

6. Subscription & Billing

PharmPro is offered on a recurring monthly subscription through our payment gateway. Access is automatically enabled upon successful payment. If a subscription is not renewed by the end of its billing cycle, access to the system is automatically suspended until the subscription is renewed. Users are responsible for keeping their payment details up to date to avoid interruption of service.
